Fire Training - Usage and regulations regarding fire works
The fire works are used widely all over the world in some special occasions. It is used to show their joyful mind. But this misuse of the fire works will leads to some accidents. So there are some special regulations for usage and transportation of the fire works and explosives for using legally. Storage and sale of commercial- grade fireworks in some countries are governed by some special authorities. Unlike their consumer counterpart, these types of fire works with commercial grading will function differently.
Fire Safety: These types of commercial grade fire works need a fireworks operator certificate obtained from the authorities by completing the one day safety training course. The commercial grade fireworks are made up of shells loaded with mortars at different stages. So there are some dangers at all stages. At some countries the spectators must be 25 meters away from the place where the fire works are ignited. The highly complicated fireworks are sold to the people above the age of 18. So that they have enough maturity to use the fire works very wisely.
In some countries the fire works have been criticized for the reason that they create pollution. The smoke from the fireworks consists of the residue of the heavy metal. These heavy metals when enter the respiratory system will cause suffocation. If this continues, there will be a problem of some respiratory problems in future. In some cases the fisher men had reported to the local authorities that the residues of the fireworks in the lakes affects the fishes too.
In some countries the laws are too strict that the unauthorized individuals will not be allowed to possess or use the fire works. Only the certified companies can use the fire works. In some countries the fire works can be used only from December 15th to 1st of January of a year. This means can be used only for the Christmas eve and the new year celebration. In some countries the fireworks are said to be illegal and the possession is punishable. Finally as usual all the things have their own negative and positive sides. This can be decided only by the users and the way they use. If it is used with enough safety measures it can be enjoyable.
